Unlike a typical thank you gift, the membership office receives tickets directly from the venue about one week prior to the performance and will immediately deliver them to the ticket holders. This typically takes place approximately one week before the show. 

 

If the event you purchase tickets for is using digital ticketing, you should check all of your email folders, including Spam/Junk folders, in the week prior to the event. Once that email arrives, follow all instructions in that email to claim your tickets. Claiming your digital tickets is crucial to having them available to you on the day of the event.

 

If the tickets do not arrive in time, you can proceed to the box office on the night of the performance – Will Call should have a list of members and their ticket locations. You can show photo ID and your tickets will be reprinted.
